Hello Beautiful Soul,
This week we are talking about our light score and everything associated with it; like what it is, how we can raise it, and are we entity free when it reaches 100? To begin, the light score is the ratio of light and dark in our physical and energy bodies. When we first start to clear dark entities and spirit attachments, there’s usually a steady progression upwards until we reach 100. Once we get to 100 it’s a good idea over time to double check that; especially if you’re experiencing physical, emotional or mental pain, or have stressful situations in your life. These are signs there could be something else that needs to be identified and cleared. Also, asking what your light score is “through the eyes of God” or another enlightened master; gives us an ascended viewpoint higher than our own and can assist when we feel blocked or our muscle testing becomes unreliable.
During this stage, other factors can come into play, like stubborn or “hostile” entities that won’t leave because they’ve found the perfect host in you. These could be generational, inherited, past life or hidden entities that might need to be explicitly called out for what they are. Others might be wrapped up in unresolved past trauma, or offensive energies from other people. You might need to dig deeper before they come to the surface. These entities can ramp up already existing negative emotions and create symptoms that make us feel distress, fear and overwhelm. Our mental defense mechanism then kicks in; and we take our attention off clearing entities to tend to the physical pain or stress. This perceived need for protection is often to our detriment, if we only ever cycle through pain and fear and no forward movement takes place. Our light score also drops when we have an “aha” moment and a realization that we’ve been out of integrity with ourselves. This creates a crack in our “armor” and our internal programming weakens so our “true” light score can be known. If we are willing to see, the darkness always shows us how we can transcend it and become illuminated. Being willing to look at the shadow aspect of ourselves is a must too, as entities hide out in the shadows among our unresolved and unprocessed core wounds.
Once our light score hits 100 it could mean we are entity free, but that’s no guarantee. May be our conscious mind: or our unconscious mind, or both, are content with where we are at in this now moment. If you get that your light score is 100, and you’re still dealing with turmoil and stress in your life, ask if there’s a dark entity or spirit attachment contributing to what is ailing you. At times we are required to push through an issue, especially if we get our light score is 100, but we intuitively feel something’s off. This could be a sign of reptilian interference. They are manipulative with a negative agenda for our planet; so actively seeking them out is not a bad thing to do. You’ve also got to want to push through to something greater in your life. If you’ve got an inkling that you could be more than you are, use your will power to take charge of your thoughts, actions and emotions; and what you attract, and manifest will radically change.
Another way to bring about change, and have the shadow part of ourselves come to the surface is through an invocation. Something as simple as “Dear God, show me where I am not congruent with the highest aspect of myself.” If offensive energies are around or attached to you, they will make themselves known; usually as a physical or mental pain that’s designed to get your attention. Pain can be a motivating force to transcend the old. Pain is often the contrast we need, that has the potential to bring us back into a state of wholeness and alignment with the divine beings of light that we are. Ultimately, how much we want to heal and be well is entirely up to us. How much we want to open up to our full potential and our divine purpose on this planet is an individual choice. There is always a message in everything we are going through; and some of our greatest life lessons occur during these times, so begin to harmonize and commune with your higher self and know that you are eternally loved… ♥
