What came up this week for us all was Belief Correction for a Traumatic Experience from the WHY category; with the time frame being birth. This week we are being encouraged to look within and clear any old residual patterns or emotional trauma that still resides relating to our birth. Birth trauma can be on a physical, emotional or spiritual level; and if not worked through stays with us and may show up in later life as feelings of not belonging, feeling unloved and other insecurities around love, belonging and affection. You can also ask if you have inherited entities to clear.
The meditation in the app for Belief Correction is a good place to start. You can muscle test and ask if you have a birth trauma that needs resolving. What’s beneficial also is to rescript or rewrite your birth. This is possible to do even if your conscious mind doesn’t remember, because your soul memory always does. It’s best to call on your Higher Self for this; so, ask to speak and connect through you’re your Higher-Self. You can rewrite in your mind or physically write down a new scene or many scenes from conception though birth; that are a resonance match, and of a higher alignment to where you are now in your life. You may also want to ask if your inner child or wounded child consciousness wants to share something with you to be transformed. After you have rescripted, tap lightly on your thymus gland point which acts as a reset button; while breathing in joy and the new infinite possibilities you have just created 💕
