Psychic attack is a deliberate and malicious energy attack from either a dark entity or spirit entity. This can manifest suddenly as feeling stressed-out for no reason; feeling anxious and wired, unexplained body pain, feelings of exhaustion, extremely negative thinking, exaggerated fears, and even questioning your own sanity, are not uncommon. When a dark entity attacks in this way they knock us off balance and we are often not in the space or frame of mind we need to be in to clear them. You may also find temporary relief in some physical practices like spending time in the sun; taking a shower, practicing mindfulness mediation, chi gong, or tai chi for their grounding benefits. Avoid stimulants like watching TV, listening to music, drinking alcohol, or taking mind altering substances because of their hypnotizing effect. Don’t forget to shut down your intuitive channels, as you don’t want anything else streaming in.
